First things that stick out to me in this spread is the lack of Wands, and Swords but also Majors. Majors in Tarot represent lessons and milestones we go through life. The lack of them here isn't good or bad but makes me feel you won't have any major life changes here, which (if you value stability) can be a good thing.

The first card, King of Pentacles, would absolutely point to your career in 2015. It's cornered by the 4 of Cups, 5 of Pentacles and 9 of Wands which all in their own way represent hesitant and closed off energy. A thought that keeps occurring to me is you are wanting to go after your dreams but are afraid to do so because you don't want to fail (5 of Pentacles.) But I think your dreams would help a lot of people, you have a lot to offer and it's this fear holding you back from seeing that / being appreciated for what you have. The path you are going on right now you will need a break to save your energy. I think you have given a lot to please other people but it hasn't given back to you, if that makes sense.

I did actually start thinking about someone and if it makes sense to do this for tarot, maybe this following question... But first, let me explain a little...

For some reason, he's been popping into my head this week after a long lull. He last contacted me probably more than a year ago now, and he tried to get me to Skype with him. I turned him down, and the messaging ended. I don't think I've heard from him since. I'm not even sure when the last time I saw him in person was.
I keep getting the feeling that he's maybe thinking about me again, maybe wanting to contact me, but I'm not sure - just a feeling... And, it's not even that I want him to contact me (in many ways I don't - because I'm tired of everything going bad over and over)... He is a weakness point for me though, because we were in a relationship that ended prematurely, due to a long distance move... but things never worked out in any way afterwards. We saw each other after I moved back but it was like trust was gone for him (maybe he felt abandoned or he couldn't trust me to stick around), and then he taught me not to trust him either.

Anyway, the question I have is:

How is he seeing me in his mind right now, how does he think I see him right now, and does he want us to reconnect on any level?

I feel he really admires you as a person and definitely does keep you in his thoughts. He sees you as a strong woman, confident, and very attractive. Based on what I drew I feel like he does not want to bother you so maybe he is going through some self-doubt issues right now. However, based on those cards I would think he sees you as his ideal and you are in his heart.

Wow! He thinks you don't have those kind of feelings for him at all, but that you are indifferent (sort of) that you are willing to build something and see where it goes. Basically he thinks you just see him as a colleague or someone you work with.
