Hmm.. Sometimes, even while remaining objective, it is still good for us to get multiple input to confirm what it is we have learned/experienced.

Although, yes, sometimes, being objective can be difficult in situations in which someone has become somewhat emotionally attached to.

Also.. outside perspective is important sometimes because of this:

Think of a coach.. They are able to see things that the player can't, because the coach is sitting from the outside.

Sometimes it helps to have someone that is looking at things from outside of personal experience, because it gives a different perspective.

like.. I may be able to feel the energy of a certain situation going in a certain way.. But, sometimes it is hard to know the way our own energy incorporates in to that..

Back to a sport type analogy:
A player may know that at certain times they should do this or that.. But, they may be missing something they could be doing instead of both of those things.. Something they could be doing differently that they weren't able to think of themselves.

Of course, that analogy only applies to certain things.. And doesn't really apply to readings in which deals with things happening outside of the individual only..

I guess.. Sometimes it is just nice to have an outside perspective, because sometimes that outside perspective is able to catch onto things that we are not, simply because of our own perspective on the situation.

Also.. Depends on the type of readings done..

It's also fun to exchange with others... Instead of reading for yourself all of the time.

Exactly. Also, reading for others helps to improve/develop personal skills/abilities. Because, it helps us go beyond the self.
