Its not you he seems very preoccupied with something and a lot on his mind..contemplating 2 directions, is he focused on working? And got offered another job so he's in his own head weighing up the choices

Also thank you for that reading..it makes a lot of sense and its something I'm struggling with and working on but I feel stronger and need to stop being sad and trying to find happiness outside of myself

No he doesn't have a normal job and he would never change jobs and I'm involved with it so it doesn't make sense..
