so I'm so cappy offered to cleanse my energy specifically my crown chakra and i remembered i had a really bad headache. and we set a time so i knew it was cappy doing her thing lols.

might sound far fetch but was just wondering if there is a possibility headaches in general could mean someone is focusing on you a little bit too much. like vampires but a little bit more pleasant.

Yes it's true. There is an Italian belief called "the eyes." When you have a bad headache it means someone it thinking about you very deeply. My grandmother used to say a prayer in Italian whenever I had a bad headache. If someone was thinking of me she would begin to yawn and tear. I would have to go away from her until it stopped. She could also tell if it was a boy or a girl and if they were thinking good or bad thoughts. I never learned the prayer for it as it can only be learned at midnight Christmas Eve. But I have the horn and hand charm to keep the evil away. There is also another legend called "the masked lady" who is supposed to protect you from the evil eye as well. My sister has that charm and it's a beautiful charm. But yes, you can have a headache from someone thinking of you.

thats soo interesting.your lucky your grandmother is so intuitive i find myself getting headaches out of nowhere but sometimes i'm positive its bc i was dehydrated or something. but other times it was just really random. thanks fairy!

That sounds just like something in my culture. The evil eye. My mom said when ever she was feeling ill her mom would do some sort of ritual and if tears where flowing it meant someone had given my mom the evil eye and she was taking it away from her like healing her.she also could tell the person and see their silhouette..I always thought it was fascinating.

is there a way to prevent it from happening? i remember i tried visualizing a white light around me, but that night i attracted some spirit.. so i must be doing something wrong.
