first thing first, i feel you have a man or someone around you but I am confused because it does not seem like you guys are together, nor in the beginning of courtship stage. There are some feelings, so it's not exactly friendship (in pure way). There's a stable gap around you two, unlikely to get any closer for some reason.

I did a 5 card spread,

I asked would you hear from this someone within 2 months

I got

8 Hearts, Ace Hearts, 6 Spades, King Diamonds, 9 Diamonds

3 red, 2 black = probably yes you will.

The cards show that there was an emotional connection of feelings between you 8 hearts( this can also represent emotional unavailability), then Ace hearts, 6 spades is a card of fate, something is destined, perhaps they are meant to contact you for some reason. 6 Spades can also a show of a lack of co-opertion from someone, this is in the present, which in my view represents the current lack of contact. I think he is represented by the king of diamonds in this case(is he a career minded person?). 9 Diamonds can represent someone elses wishes, so there is something he wants from you.

in the next 4 weeks - no I don't see you will be together. Eventually? yes, I do feel he would or may TRY- but it may take years. I see 2 years- or at least more than 14 months. He may have to find someone else first before he returns to you, because I see he has to experience a couple of lessons first before you guys even have the same level of vibrational energy.

The problem is, I am not too sure if you would be able to become friends when he has someone new- based on your current energy you may feel hurt over it. I see you would receive a 'gift' later this year, in about 4 months ( not from/related to him), but related to your heart situation. when I read your question, I do not feel you will gain a full time employment there.. maximum, you will get some temporary job out of it. But I do see something good out of this work you have - either you meet someone who will give you better leads towards a better place to work, or you may find a chance/new perspective that propels you to a different place anyway. I don't see (at this time) you're meant to stay at that place for too long.

I've not really tried timelines to be honest, but i shuffled the cards and asked when. I pulled out the number 3 so this can be 3rd of the month or 3 weeks or 3 months. So it wont be this month, I think it will be in May, within the first week and a half.

my first thought and feelings when I read your question that there is, or was passion. Perhaps it was very physical, I saw a bubble ready to burst, with the colour of darkness. When feelings involved (not much emphasis on physical), the colour tend to be lighter. I am not sure, perhaps this signifies a relationship that has been consummated- or not terribly emotionally close. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I do not see at this time that he has any plans in taking the relationship further. Right now he seems occupied by something or someone. But even so, does not seem a relationship that has feelings involved as well.

In terms of interest, he does, or did have interest in you. But not strong enough, at this time, to propel him into wanting 'anything' further to happen between you if it makes sense.

I see friendship, that has potential to become something more, but I have a feeling one of you have quite a stubborn streak or simply a kind of explosive temper (?) that may prevent friendship from happening at this time.

It seems like they will get married this year, it will be happy between them. They will start to build a solid relationship together but its plagued by deception. Someone in that marriage is not completely disclosing everything. I see financial problems for them happening later but they will work it out. Their relationship will improve after that period and they'll be truly happy with each other.

Edit : I feel that he will think about you when hes having problems with his wife, especially during that period when hes having financial problems. But that thought of you comes and goes. He'll think about all the happy memories you had and think of what could have been, how it would be if you were together.
