I am not going to do a reading for you but I have kind of had this worry myself in the past and I would like to say is you can never control another and you have to be the best person you can be for both yourself first and foremost and be there for your partner.If you have been sensing something beneath the surface as in "gut feeling" this is your intuition telling you something is wrong. Intuition is never wrong.
On the other hand if he is innocent and is not up to no good and it's just your mind creating negative thoughts then take time out for yourself, focus on yourself for a bit. Meditate if you can, purge any old wounds, outdated ideas e.t.c from your being.
Sometimes if you dwell and worry with negative thoughts even if you don't share them with your partner he will sense something is "off" and your worries will become a self fulfilling prophecy.
