I want to get two quick (hopefully) questions out of the way, are these okay for you??

Braedon spiritual focus shes telling me that he should go to nature somewhere out in the open im seeing a desert nearby you guys and to go there and meditate with a group or something and that he should go to the library or somewhere where he can read books on meditation and spirituality just so he gets a sense of more what spirituality can be is it true that he's never meditated before?? Spirit told me..that's why they are giving me to tell you to do this meditation with him and to read more on meditation at the library is what they are showing me.

Nichole, the spirit guide is a man he looks like an angel he is white he looks human but at the same time like another form of human but his presents is very angelic he has blonde and dark hair im seeing. Like both colors unseeing. Spiritual focus there saying that she should go out more I don't know why im getting that and that she should self reflect more and tune into herself more when it comes to problems or any sort of reflection or seeking answers that she is able to do that herself im seeing is what he tells me.

I think braeden has tried to meditate before! I don't know what she means by never meditating. Maybe not going deeply into meditation?? I also don't know what she means by a desert hahaha

Yes that seems really true for Nicole. I think she knows that she's capable but she's just unsure. I will let her know!

Hmmmmm I don't know which ones exactly im getting like actual herbal product forms not the fake kind like LEGIT ONES like that company called ORGINS from NEw York. But that's expensive that's the problem they are veeeery organic that company is filled with organic herbal products and soooo avoid oil to your skin im sure you know thaaaaat :P he's just showing me to buy LRGANIC HERBAL products puuuuure organic do you know what I mean??

Yes OMG there's a shop I know of with that kind of stuff!! I AM BEYOND EXCITED ahh

Oops I've been using coconut oil at times to remove makeup...

It only makes sense I'm never outside! That's just out of this world for me. No more trial and error! It's been four years haha.
