I think he has feelings for you. 9H can show a wish of a loving relationship, 5D is a card of exchanges - is this someone you work with? Have you been communicating quite a bit with him? I think you are the QC and he is the KD. The 7H indicates there will be/are some feelings of doubts between you.

I pulled two extra cards, and got 4D and 6H. While diamonds are generally career cards, the 4D can represent someone who is love with the querent, and as my question relates to feelings, I think that is what it means in this case. 6H shows progress being made and can also mean a new relationship starting.

So while the cards have shown that there will be feelings of doubt, I think outcome is good for you, just think postively. I do think he has feelings for you.

I'm still learning to interpret together, but let me know what you think. I like feedback, even if it is bad

I would associate the above with love and relationships. I associate the QH with love and devotion, do relationships make you feel trapped? are you the independent type? So you feel confined then you end up losing the person in your life? QH is someone who loves unconditionally. So maybe you want deep loving relationships but you feel confined in them?

Perhaps the lesson is to find balance between what you need and what you want. Let me know what you think.

What is ahead for you

Are you in a relationship or have a wish for one? Seems the focus recently has been on work/money and what you want in your love life. At the moment you are feeling trapped? ahead of you there is a communication, possibly an argument that will leave you feeling a bit indecisive. i'm not sure on times so after that it could improve.

I'm learning to interpret these cards together, so I could be wrong. Let me know what you think

Seems you have been feeling a bit frustrated as of late, and will want to be spending more time with people you love and care about. 5D is a card of exchanges and also changes in money. Perhaps you may get assistance/advice from KH and KC. I think these will also be the people you care about. KH is a paternal figure. I pulled two cards for clarification on why you might need it, and got 7D and JC. The 7D is not the best card when it comes to money and it is a warning against buying things you dont need and also lending money to someone. Perhaps a close male friend is going to ask for your help. Just be cautious, if that is the case.

I met a guy once at a masquerade party at uni. He is asian and very cowboy. He wears the plaid, button up shirts and boots.
For some odd reason it seemed like he was scared of me. When we met eyes he quickly looked away. When I got close he moved away. I don't know what was his problem. We only met once and I didn't do anything intimidating. The only time he didn't quickly look away is when he's at the other end of the room far from me. What is up with that? In other words, what am I to him that made him act like that?
