Happy early birthday! I'm not an expert on SR, but in looking at your natal chart, I see some things that are coming up for you:

Since you have your natal Saturn near the ruler (Jupiter) of your 7th house (partnerships), I can see changes occurring there finally (usually delays are experienced where Saturn aspects another planet) as transiting Pluto enters your 9th house (higher mind/ideals, spiritual transformations). Saturn near your 7th house ruler could bring you an older partner or if you are already in a relationship, bring a commitment to it or end it preparation for the next one. Pluto should enter your 9th house around the end of February, but you should have started to feel the effects of it. Pluto also tends to remove what's not helping you with something better in your life.

Transiting Pluto is also affecting the relationships you have with people at work as you look for more balance in your life. This will also help you with either making the relationship you already have better by having more time or in meeting the right one for you.

As Neptune transits your natal Venus, you will feel a compassionate connection to everyone around you by seeing the good in all. Although this is generally a good feeling time, don't let others take advantage of you. This will last through about early Feb of 2018.

Transiting Uranus is now going through your 12th house and will help to change or bring life to aspects of yourself that you keep under control giving you a release at times. Your emotions are tied to a lot of things in your life and this transit will shake them up or change the ones you hold on to. This will happen more so once you are in that committed relationship or with the older partner. Transiting Uranus won't get past all your planets in the 12th until late April 2023.

As transiting Saturn (in 7th house) gets closer again to squaring Neptune in your 11th, you might have some rude awakenings in reference to friends--see them for how they really are or you may realize that how you feel about yourself isn't reliant on what they think of you.

When transiting Saturn finishes its transit to your natal Uranus on around Sep 1, things should start moving forward career wise and you won't feel stuck.
