Dear Lenormand readers!

I am slowly learning how to use Leno cards (it's quite different than Tarot, but so much more interesting, as far as I have discovered) so I would really appreciate, if you would share with me your ‘Leno-knowledge’ .

How did you start with learning to read Leno cards?

Do you have any advice for me?

Are there any good websites that you would recommend to read?

Are there any websites that you are still using today, when you read Leno cards?

My suggestion is to do daily spreads for yourself and write them down.
Take one card out - 3 - 5 ... whatever works for you.
And see what combinations mean.
Another good idea (which I was too lazy to do) is actually do a diary and write your thoughts about each card - what it can represent.
And then make combinations ...

My favorite Youtube channels are:
- https://www.youtube.com/user/MyMalkiel - love love love him! He has a videos where he goes through the meanings of each card and suggests how to learn them etc. (Many of his videos are in German but there are some in English so that's good)

Okay well this is just MY experience so...Lenormand gives more straight-forward, fortune telling answers in comparison to the Tarot which is more esoteric.
Lenormand is stubborn and sometimes won't even straight up answer your question but will tell you what you need to know. For example I asked how will my week at school go (I usually just do a two or even three carder for my weekly readings) and I got Man - Coffin... by the end of the week went by nothing relating to this combination happened at school..BUT on Friday evening I got a Whatsapp message from my friend, a male, who I haven't heard of in five months...and I learned he was ill (he is fine now)...Man - Coffin usually means an ill or depressed man. So this is a heads up for you. Sometimes Lenormand will tell you what you need to know and not necessarily what you asked for. I got more examples of this but that is one that sticks the most to me!

And I read this book:
The Game of Destiny - Fortune Telling with Lenormand Cards by Mario Dos Ventos.

For my weekly readings I usually read with 2 -3 cards.
If you are doing a line spread (3-5 cards for example) the middle card is always the theme, the focus card. The first and last card is called mirroring, this gives us extra insight on the scenario.
Lenormand cards are read from left to right and should be read in pairs. Pulling just a one carder won't give you enough information.

I pulled two cards; Crossroad and Woman.

I was confused and couldn't quite understand the meaning, so I pulled additional two cards for each previous card.

This is what I got;

Would it be right to consider The Woman (29) as me (the one who is asking the Q)?

I mean, to me Ring and Rider and Heart and Fish all present some sort of something happening in a love area; but could it be something else too? Maybe on a job front? I am confused especially because I am not quite sure, how to interpret the Crossroad – could it mean that I will have to make any decision this week?

Than I pulled 34 and 24 as clarificator for 22 & 1 and 25 as clarificator for 29.

You have mentioned that you are usually working with 2-3 cards.

So the 2nd card is main theme, but the 1st and the 3rd are 'mirrors'.
