so i'm not seeing a romantic relationship here, i'm seeing those two working together for a job or project or group work cause all the cards and clarifiers are all pentacles (king of pentacles, knight of pentacles, 4 of pentacles, 9 of wands). it looks like he's interested in her romantically and thinks of her as intelligent and strong (7 of swords, 1 of swords, the starts, the sun) but he might be doing her head in and ******* her off (the tower, 10 of swords). so it looks one sided.

if they are working on something together for work and school it'll turn out well. (10 of wands, 7 of pentacles, 1 of pentacles)

hopefully i'm in the ballpark!
