I was looking at this solar return and was scared by the quantity of planets in the 12th house. This belongs to friend who is going through a difficult situation (social anxiety) and I would like to know what this person can expect this year?

Could anyone help me interpreting it, please?

I have almost the same solar return., the stellium in the 12th shows things won't really get kick started until closer to his next birthday. This year will be a year of preparing but with most planets on the rising side of the chart, he will take more control this year and be more social this year as well. With his SR moon in the 11th, there will be a lot of focus on friendships and socializing this year. SR venus is in the 1st conjunct the ASC so I believe this means an important year for love. That's about all I can give you.
