Seems that they got on quite well at one point, but then they had a communication or confrontation. 8C is a card that can show someone who is being stubborn and can show problems in relationships. But yes i think she is looking elsewhere for a job.

It seems to me he has been feeling indecisive and worried about something, and I can see some emotional unavailability at present. It seems that his ways of thinking are changing(can also mean a new job) and he may also be feeling little trapped.

For clarification I pulled
5S KS 8D
5S indicates he has a need to break free from the way he is living his life. Does he have work or money on his mind at the moment? KS can be a card of justice and 8D can show money coming his way but also suggests budgeting your money.

I pulled out 2 more cards to help me and got
4H 6D
4H is a card of love, 6D shows a need to be more responsible with money and paying off bills.

I dont think he feels negativity towards you 4H is a strong card. He seems to have things on mind with regards to money(im assuming here), maybe that is what is making him come across as emotionally unavailable and feeling trapped and wanting to break free from the way he is living.

Very strong cards - this is an unambiguous "Yes". Your bond with this person is a growing bond, and you will both feel a deepening of this bond. The Ace of cups is a soulmate card - one that spells joy and peace. You both fit - you are meant for each other. So, all in all it will be a good experience.

Clarification : 3H JH

I'm assuming you are female and they are male? Is this a relatively recent breakup(Im not sure how far back/forward my readings go)?
7C shows the breakup(was it quite argumentative? ), was there an issue around money/job as well? 3C shows stress,worry and indecision, I think you are the QH, so I think that is how they see you. KS as outcome, this card can represent justice.

Clarification cards 3H and JH, I think he cares about you deeply, but there is of indecision and some stress around him. KS as outcome I view it as a justice card(perhaps there is karma here?). So in light of this I think it is possible you will meet again, but I think it can go either way. I am more inclined to go with a yes you will meet him again, and in my view there are feelings there, but I would say don't sit and wait for them.

Let me know what you think. Even if I am completely off i still appreciate the feedback. I'm still learning so all feedback is good feedback.

JS shows some who is coming across as being aloof(alternatively it shows a troubled mind). 7S is a card of loss, I think if you end it you will lose him. 9D and 10D are career/money cards, so I think you would throw yourself into work related things, 9C can show changes in the way of thinking, its a card of completion, it can also mean a new job.

I think you might work yourself to the point were you feel stressed and need to slow down a bit.

If you end it I think you will immerse yourself in work related things. I can't see your feelings other than you feeling stressed(4S).

I can see his career has been on his, mind and he's been feeling indecisive. KS in the present is some who is causing problems in relationships. Diamonds are not really career cards but in a love spread it can indicate someone who is in love with you. KH as outcome. KH is someone who is affectionate. I think his feelings are going to deepen for you.

I remember from the previous readings I've done for you on this thread and another that there is anxiety and stress around him and that this would end. I just dont know when.

Me feeling just stressed and throwing myself into work sounds quite positive actually. I would expect to feel a deep sense of loss (Maybe that is what the loss card was referring to) to the point that it would affect my life in a big way. I am toying with so many decisions at the moment -and asking questions to get more clarity. In the end, I'll go with my gut, just as you say . Your 2nd reading gives me hope.
