Great First of all I sense that the situation with AP is a back and forth. He does like you but for some reason that is holding him back, he is not taking a clear decision. Let's see what the cards say...
If you will hear from him by tonight: 5 of Swords...
Mmm it doesnt seem positive. I hope im wrong. You might be tempted to contact him too though :/ What you should know...

He has the traits of the KoP... a bit conservative by nature and a stable man. Do you know if he is completely over with a past relationship? I think this is what is holding him back. I see him reconnecting from someoone from his past - or at least he is not over her yet :/

Oh yes, back and forth for ages! I also have an intuitive feeling he has a woman and Empress there doesn't surprise me. He was in a long-term relationship but he is finished with her. And as far as I know he has moved on and so has she. So I don't know...it could be another woman from his past.
KOP does make sense for his personality, he is stable, materialistic type and right now focusing on money/career.
