I met him on June 2011, and got to know him over a period of 3 days. There was a kiss, and then we went back to our home states. We never met again. Seemingly minor, right? Wrong. Everything with him went to **** from JUne 2011 to April 2012, and although it was clear that there were intense feelings there, it just ended up falling apart and got to a point that we could not even sustain a friendship. That is all fine and dandy, and I do not expect or want to be in a relationship with him. However, what bothers me is that he is constantly there, in the back of my mind. Our last contact was in April 2012, so this is getting a bit ridiculous for me that he is still in my thoughts, and I am confused as to why it is this way. I need this to stop. I don't have his Birthtime, sadly. In synastry, I am inside. Please do not quote. Thanks so much for any input you may have. IP: Logged |

It feels karmic to me. Usually NN conjunct moon represents a push or catalyst to move forward, to leave the negative aspects of the moon behind and to work on developing the positive aspects only. When I say karmic, I don't mean that you'll eventually be together or anything - just that he was meant to come into your life and shake things up. Right now, I get the sense that it's your Mercury opp. Pluto that needs to 'figure' it out and once it does, the pressure and thoughts of him will cease. Pluto in Scorpio loves the intensity and the drama, while Mercury in Taurus would rather everything make sense and be streamlined with productivity or efficiency of some sort. Pluto will win, but Pluto almost always wins and with understanding, you will become more than you were before. -- Reminds me of the Zen story: One day, two monks set out for a temple in a valley beyond the woods. While cutting a pathway through the woods they came across a choppy stream to cross. There, stood by the bank of the stream, was a beautiful young maiden dressed in silk. She was clearly at a loss as to how to cross without getting muddy and wet. So, without thinking twice, the elder monk picked her up over his shoulder and waded across to the other side. The younger monk followed in tow. Upon reaching the other side of the bank the elder monk put her down. The maiden paid her respects and the monks continued on their way to the temple. As they continued to navigate the forest, the younger monk, still troubled by the stream crossing, said suddenly, “How could you do that? We aren’t even supposed to make eye contact with women let alone pick them up and carry them!” Without a thought, the elder monk turned to the younger monk and said, “Are you still carrying her? I put her back down on the other side of the stream”.

Wow. Your post had such an impact on me, especially the Zen Story. I am going to save it. Thank you! Very enlightening and I needed to hear it. And you are on the money about the karmic thing, and that he shook things up for me. I am still reeling from it. I hope that soon I will be able to get over this and these thoughts will cease. I can't wait Thank you again SDragon. I am so grateful. IP: Logged |
