Dear Bella and any Linda friends who might see this, I need some advice in the matter of the heart. I work with A. He really cares, and we adore each other, we behave like we are dating but he says he can't be in a relationship plus he's forever stressed about work. I am too caring and emotional. So avoid getting myself hurt I decided to call our friendship off. We are still attracted to each other. We are fine at work. But I do miss him otherwise. We haven't hung out in over a week and I wonder if he would care to talk things through with me. Please advice. thank you!IP: Logged |

10 of WandsNo, sadly. The combination of the Queen of Pentacles and The Empress is usually a sign there is someone else in the picture-but I don't get that vibe from him. He is struggling between physical security (work) and romance/nurturing (potential with you). Right now it shows he is very burdened and perhaps a little too exhausted to want to talk. I get the sense he doesn't want to deal with the issue at the moment. Its not that he doesn't want to talk to you, I think he might be a little hurt by the friendship ending and needs some space. Hmmmm thank you Bella! But you said "right now" do you feel in future he would like us to get on track? I had to end it because Unfortunately he had no time for me. And I didn't want to be the point of convenience for him. When he had the time he would shower with all the attention. But when I needed him he couldnt be there for me. But yeah I do know that he is crazy busy. I can deal with that if he tells me that it's all going to be okay and that he wants me to stand by him. He's also separated from his wife.... It's been two years and he has a kid. And I think he feels he will let his kid down by getting involved with something. It's almost like he feels guilty about being in a relationship. WHY am I so unlucky in love?! quote:

The wife is definitely not the issue, at least not what I felt when pulling the cards. I think he does care about you, but as you have said numerous times right now he has to make other things his priorities. Anytime you get involved with someone with children, things are never going to be as easy you as you like. He certainly cares, but has a few things to sort out. Page of Wands

9 of Pentacles I think you will hear from him in the near future, but for now he needs his space. I see he will want to patch the friendship back up, but as the cards lie, I do not foresee a strong inclination for romance. At least not for a few months. Work on solidifying the friendship again. Also, it has only been a week. A week is a short amount of time.

Dear Bella, hope you're well.
I am writing to you because it's been months since our last conversation. He did try to patch things up so did I but we keep failing. He keeps running behind every girl he meets. Now we work together but we are so separated - emotionally and physically. We don't see eye to eye. Every time we speak it turns into a fight. I feel I can't relate to him anymore. I no longer want any relationship with him but I do want it to become amicable. Be friends again. I have lost some respect for him and that is making it difficult. Will it get better? We were such a great team. xx
