My 23rd bday was on April 22nd and I noticed in my solar return chart my solar ascendant is my natal 7th house! Doesn't that mean a year where I might meet my husband?

My natal chart is INSIDE and my solar chart is OUTSIDE.

From what I've read in recent times, meeting significant others is likely to happen when the sun is in your 7th house or Venus (and maybe Mars) is in your 5th.
