England didn't write down birth times in the 80's :/ my mom thinks it was around 7 am but she isn't sure.

Also where do I go to get started on learning how to interpret it? I know there are websites that will bring it up for me but not sure on more than that.

you can go to http://astro.cafeastrology.com/cgi-bin/astro/natal and there you input your data and since you don't know your birth time just put 12:00 PM but you won't get a really good interpretation without the known birth time also try 7 that you said your mom believed. Well wishes my dear :-)
