what's your question? so my question is I have this lady at work who keeps throwing me under the bus and trying to get me in trouble with management and she did it again yesterday. I don't think I did anything wrong we hired a felon and of course that's public knowledge and I was concerned about why we would do so and I address my concerns to the people that were on the interview team and unfortunately she went and said I was spreading around rumors that this person was a felon and that I was bringing down the morale of the coworkers.

Now I defended myself and showed the public record of his felony charge thus, I didn't get in trouble.

My question is ...is this lady ever going to stop, well management finally see that this is her habitat that she does because She has Done this almost with everyone, will she ever get in trouble. I have suggested to coworkers that we go in as a group and state are complains against her to management but not everyone was on board out of fear

so i think this woman is slightly delusioned? she really thinks that what she's doing is the best for the company. honestly. and the reason why it's so hard to get her fired or in trouble is because she's going as by the book as possible and covering her ass. she has considerable influence and power in her job and with the higher ups and i think that the opportunity to see her for what she is is coming up but the issue the higher ups will have is 'how to fire without getting sued for wrongful termination?' so that's the issue for them. she's very feet on the ground, head over heart, a real ball buster and she doesn't realise that she's hurting herself because she honestly thinks she knows best for the company

i think this is a situation where you have to just wait and see because if you get too much in her way i wouldn't be surprised if she considers you something that needs to be removed for the best of the company and she'll go to get that. the rest of the coworkers and yourself probably has picked it up and it seems in this case it's a wait and see. from the spread i get a vibe that the higher ups are waiting for her to **** up and the next time they do they'l be sitting there trying to see if it's enough to fire her. until then it looks like a put up and shut up situation. but i think if everyone's vocally against her to her face and being obvious with it she'll get the message.

yes I have another question about my ex. I have known for a couple months he and his wife were having some troubles especially financial troubles but troubles with in their marriage. now they did originally but then it got better and from what his friends said they're back into being distant. His friends had said that he got an apartment but she doesn't know about it but he also said that he's not going to go through with the divorce unless is she Initiates it.

so how does it look and what is he thinking and feeling about the separation and whether or not he really does want A divorce? and what is her thoughts as she trying to make it work or is she ready to throw in the towel?

yeah finances are a big part. in all they're going to try and make it work the both to of them and i think it's down to two things - (1) this relationship is karmic. they use to be lovers in a past life and stuck together for familial obligations and were miserable together so this time they actually have another chance to resolve that karmic energy and be able to move on to a better relationship and be successful together (2) divorce is expensive.. it's cheaper to stay together. i think she sees that the marriage was a good financial choice because she has more money when with him than without.. and the economy and job prospects are not fantastic and i think he's loyal to her. it looks like she really changed him in a way he appreciates and he's holding on to that. he sees that they built something together and he acknowledges that when they're communicating and working well together they're really good. they both still see potential and i think thats whats keeping them both from throwing in the towel.
