my soon to be x husband's girlfriend has taken out an order of protection against me claiming stalking.
we go to court in 2 weeks.
I hired an attorney for 5000 dollars, and i'm hoping it's money well spent cause he tells me that since she's applied for an order of protection, she can have me arrested without having to show proof that I did something wrong.
help me, I hope to god i'm not gonna get arrested.
I am hoping my attorney can get the order dismissed.
I hope I have not wasted 5000 dollars, he I supposed to be one of the best and most expensive attorneys in town, a trial lawyer.
I am so scared.

oh, about your reading on my x's girlfriend, I think you may be right, I think she's having to use victim advocates and legal aid, I don't think she has the money to hire a 5000 dollar attorney like I did, so I am hoping my high dollar attorney can put her to shameIP: Logged | |
