I hired an attorney for 3500 dollars to try to get money out of my soon to be x husband.
I am hoping to get at least 5000 dollars from my x for medical bills and credit card bills, maby even some equity from the house he recently bought, a separate house than the one we lived in while we're still married - bad move on his part.
he quit claimed the house we were living in to me and my sister- it's already paid for.
I am hoping my attorney can help me get money out of him.
if I am successful at getting money from my x in the divorce, how much do you think it will be?
