Yes, I can take a quick look at the transits. Understand this should in no way be equated to an evaluation of the specific home you've mentioned. And BTW HAPPY BIRTHDAY in 3 days
First, Mercury will be Rx until the 11th, so I don't recommend signing anything until it turns direct again. If you feel you have to, just have another set of critical eyes with you and read over everything slowly and carefully before signing.
Jupiter is entering square transit to your natal Moon. This is not bad, but can be a period (to late July) characterized by over-confidence. So just make sure any considerations look at longer-range factors instead of simpler, surface factors.
Mars has been transiting parallel your natal Moon, suggesting some impulsiveness may've made its way into the desire to move. I recommend waiting until early August to see how things actually look/feel. That is when Mars will be out of parallel transit to your natal Moon at 23 north, thus avoiding a combined Mars-Jupiter impulse buying urge.
These are the only transits to your natal Moon of any concern at all. So I will assume that much of this may be short-term timing related and about looking elsewhere besides the condo you mentioned.
A glance at progressions ...
- prog Mars sesquisquare prog Jupiter (orb, 0*02' applying)also suggests some impulse to be avoided as a factor here. Previous timing/wait suggestions are reinforced. By Aug 6th, the orb of this aspect will be 0*05' and separating.
That's all that shows on the face of the progressions. Anything more specific would first require a chart validation since your Asc is at least 3 degrees off. It could be in Leo if you truly fit that rising sign, but only at 15 or 8 degrees.
However, an addendum:
Assuming your birth chart is only a bit off, Scorpio is over the IC and natal Neptune in the 4th house of 'home'. Saturn is now transiting conjunct it, will retrograde away from it, but remain within orb during the 'wait' period I've mentioned and will then pass over natal Neptune again in October. These are not solid 'no' factors, just recommendations to take more time to avoid a possible impulse purchase that could lead to later disappointment.
On an added note regarding your natal chart, the declinations are very important to it. Most of the aspect story of your chart is actually there. You have a virtually exact parallel between Sun and Moon, which are both parallel Venus and Mars. Sun-Moon also contra-parallel closely to Jupiter.
