At this time, I don't get the feeling there will be a romantic reconciliation between you and Carl. This is caused by stubborness, logical side of thins - confirmed by King of Pentacles, seemingly from his side. From what I see, no romantic reconciliation at least in this remaining of 2015.
However restrained friendship is more possible.

Will you see him face to face?
I get a weak yes, I got a '4' but after a '3'. I was going to say months but it doesn't seem right. The confirmaton card is The Star. I can see you will saw him in person but I am not sure why or for what reason, there seem to be an element of surprise involved.

Will you get a job in June/July?

At first, I got a hesitant No- but to be sure & to see why, I pulled 3 cards for you which shows Queen of Pentacles, Queen of Swords, 7 of Swords.

Queen of Swords shows you may have done the necessary work to find a job - but it is a 'static' card, so is Queen of Swords being static and 'reacting' when needed. The final Card is 7 of swords which does not quite give a good omen. This seems to me that there will be delay in you getting a job at this time, due to bad timing. Someone else might fill your position last min for example...

But the No I got was a weak one, so don't lose hope. Try to follow up, or take action somehow at present time, so mid july to end of july may prove to show a more positive result for you- and the job will eventually come from a woman or a feminine-energy.

Interesting question, it is a bit hard for me to answer eloquently since I have to simulatenously pinpoint the date, the activity and the 'outcome' so I will just give you raw information as is, sorry if confusing.

I see it will involve some observatory work and there's spiritual element to it, and a kind of 'experiment' involved. Two of Cups seem to follow your question (it shows up twice after I shuffled in 2 different spreads. But I am not too sure if it means love or union between two people. It could be a union of mind and body towards this experiment/trial you are doing. At first I thought it will be about work, but doesn't feel like it. 7 of swords fell off, which confirms the 'experimental' part of this.

However, 8 of swords shows up in the spread, so there will be an obstacle blocking it from reaching a satisfying conclusion, but you may power through it and think it's a 'job done' anyway.. convincing yourself it is ok enough even if it's not 5 of swords.

King of Cups showed up by the way, but for some reason I don't see it 'connects' to the rest of the spread, so I think you may get a message from someone that day, that may interrupt you in some form.

But seems like in the end all is well, 2 of cups showed up as conclusion- something interestingly valuble is learned through the experience itself.

For the timeframe you have in mind (I am thinking within next week or so, is that right?) AT FIRST I got a hesitant No. But for some reason I can't say with confidence that he won't contact you despite that.. which is weird, so I pulled two cards to clarify.

I got, 7 of pentacles and Knight of Wands.

So I think this explains why I can't say No right away, because this guy actually wants to contact you but his mind flip flops - he is weighing pros and cons, which is strange to me since he is a stranger to you. I think he is attracted to you though, a bit more than just someone he met, so that is why he is hesitant.

The knight of Wands confirms he will text you eventually, but not before Wednesday. and I will be honest it doesn't mean he will contact on Thursday onwards instead, but I feel Wednesday onwards he seem to give it a bit more focus about contacting you. Does it make sense?

However I am not sure if I connect or not- the energy is VERY hazy....

Are you not yet in actual relationship with this person? The reason I ask is because there is a very distinct 'gap' between two row of cards.

perhaps I don't connect because one row shows very earthy/logical but very detached result (queen of pents, 7 of pents) and the other row shows heartbreak and anxiety (9 of swords + 3 of swords)

Hello. I am nervous because I had this funny feeling he probably took down the wrong number LOL. But I am not even sure about that.
I haven't heard from him in about five days. So I am wondering if I should move on and perhaps he changed his mind. I know the KOW seems to be dashing and run off...maybe his interest lies elsewhere. So I don't know really. We definitely connected when we met so its strange to me he hasn't contacted me yet.
