I think he's moving on to someone or something else. I don't believe he will take any big actions or romantic actions. They would be practical and business like. I do not believe that it would develop into anything more than a crush or past the puppy love stage.

He does like you and have thoughts of starting something with you. It looks like he wanted to start going out with you. But did something happen that changed his mind? There was something on his or your part that changed the game and now he is so unsure of how he should feel about you. He still likes you but he is very uncertain.

No his feelings are not completely gone.b i do believe that the double page of cups is an indication that he still likes you or has a crush on you at least.
