My husbands girlfriend is trying to get an order of protection against me. I paid a lawyer 5000 dollars to try to get it dismissed. Will he get it dismissed? Anything you can tell me would be helpful

It got delayed at the first hearing date my lawyer got it delayed do its not over yet. lawyer is making her do depositions Thursday. After that we go to court July 9th or 11th u can't remember the date right now. I hope she can't afford a lawyer.
