I am kindly asking for advice. Edit:See synastry chart further down

My situation is that I got my dream job and in my dream department. Back in 2012 I attended a work related 4 day event where I saw this extremely charismatic, articulate, intelligent and not to mention HOT man, who was the main "host"/speaker. Fast forward to 2015, I get my dream job, move across the country and find out this guy is my now department manager. I can't deny he's keeping me awake all night. During our work day he shows clear signs of interest: keeps coming around my desk, which is not at all on his way anywhere, smiles and looks into my eyes intensely, makes sure to be seen and heard by me, accidentally touches me, leans towards me etc.. He's a Scorpio 7 years my senior

I know that no cards or anything can tell me how to live my life, but I'd like to ask for advice anyway, as I think my tarot cards gor tired of me asking and asking.

I don't know what to do. Is it worth taking the risk? What do you see/feel for the future?

I seldomly fall in love, but I must say I am with this man!

i dont read cards, but do you have his date of birth?
have you tried doing a synastry?

Unfortunately I don't have his time of birth, and place either. His parents are from 2 different countries.. So I've just put noon as birth time:

A few facts about him:
He started at the company at 19 years old with a high school diploma working with logistics. Within 4 years he became a manager, having studied part time at a highly acknowledged institution, and is now quite famous for his efforts still within logistics in the same company.

Yeah I feel it, but if it's a Venus in Capricorn office fling (cheating on his girlfriend) I don't want it . He mentioned her while complaining about how she didn't agree with him buying a designer sound system. I asked the tarot what their relationship is like, and I got the queen of Swords.
