Thanks for sitting in. At this moment the first thing I felt when reading your question is unfortunately a No- you probably won't get to see F before you leave for your vacation HOWEVER - I kept getting the number 3 over and over again.

I pulled a card for you and got a 6 of Cups. So it is possible for you to see F, but I am drawing blank on the '3'. Perhaps, within three months, or 30th or 3rd of some months.

For this question, first feeling I got was unfortunately a resounding No... for a romantic reconnection.

However I will try to see some details via cards.
The reason seems to be another woman might be present in his life when the opportunity is presented (Empress)- as well as you having someone else with you at the time (Knight of Pentacles) shortly before/after.

And the card that stood in the middle is three of wands- a card of expansion of horizons- different directions.
From my experience, I understand 100% all these extra information is unwelcomed at times (I've been there), but as they are strong, I feel it may be important to be shown.

Is this a man you've been in contact lately/still in communication but perhaps an argument or misunderstanding may have occurred?

..but my intution shows me that you should go anyway, there might be misunderstanding that may get resolved (past hurt/frustration/issue, 5 of cups -> ace of cups), though 9 of wands does show your reluctance to go (defensive)

But the choice is yours ultimately.

Don't worry, 2 years is nothing, I was/had been single for 6 yrs at a time (not recommending it though )

I am indeed quite closed off. It is partially intentional. I have a sort of block/wall surrounding me. I've blocking men out of my life for a while now. I'm cold as a stone to be honest.

I most definitely hope to be less tense from September foward.
