so my interim manager had set off of things about all of us and we all got in trouble the other day. i sat with my VP and defended my work and myself. so I wanted to know how the VP felt when I did defend myself? what the vp now thinks of me... also I have two more weeks there before I move and I wanted to know if anything else was going to happen?

As any boss, very very upset. This one wanted to end the conversation, be left alone, but then this person had the idea to listen to you. This person got some informations from you, as you complained, the VP got the way you are and how things can turn for the VP's favor.

I don't think it is a good thing... You'll feel good for some time, but I see that the employer will come with a thing against you that will lead you to more worries...

.can I also ask what the vp thinks of the interim manager who was the one that had said a bunch of bad things about us ....in which I as well as others went to the VP & defending ourselve? , what does the VP now think of the interim manager?

And what does this interim manager think of me? will she be staying here at work?
