Help!

my landlord just called and told me he wants me out and he won't give me a straight answer.. he mentioned his son wanting to move in then doubled back.

what is the real reason?? does he just dislike me? i've done nothing! the flat is in a better condition than when i moved in and i always pay my rent!

i'm so worried now!

please help and leave your question!

Hello I think he was being honest...I got lily bouquet rider, rider makes me think news/messages and arrivals, lily is probably him...I don't see any dishonesty to be honest. Sorry for what you are going through.

I'm sorry to hear that, as a renter myself I can understand, was almost in the same position not long ago, but unfortunately as landlord it's his right to give notice to a tenant although there are correct procedures. Have you a contract? I don't know much but he has to stick to that, if not you should have tenants rights...not after a reading just want to wish you well...you must get some advice asap to see where you stand. Good luck.

Edit...if he mentioned his son moving in..that's usually one of the contract conditions of notice..mine has something to do with wanting to reuse it as a home also...

He was being honest.
I do get his son is going through soe changes in his life and is needing to move in quickly. I even get the landlord feeling bad over this but is keeping a poker face. I feel like he also heard fro his son last minute and is doing best he can to make the best moves which is not so possible since moving you out is not a best option but there is nothing he can do.

sorry
