Many people would give you loads of crap, stating you don't know what you want or fall for the facade or look for the wrong qualities in a man etc. Heard tons in relation to this card myself

Anyway, assuming it's gone beyond being a sheer coincidence, what we have in the image is 7 cups containing things considered treasures: wealth, power, land, wisdom, beauty, spiritual enlightenment, alchemy/secret knowledge. So much to choose from, right?

This card is about knowing yourself and your needs, your true priorities, what you need to be happy. So I think it's telling you to figure this out. Tarot rarely goes beyond 1 year in terms of timeframe, so ATM it's telling you to start modelling your future and make it a conscious process.

It's a card of illusion, desire so you may know exactly what kind of guy you want, but does not mean it will be good for you nor that type of guy will be interested in you, for example

if I were to pull that and knowing ur saturn in 7th, lots of blockages by self-limitation/hard structured 'vision' that preventing a partner manifesting (slows thing down)

good news is, it's not a destined path. that card is minor arcana so the influence is not strong, you can change the outcome and it is related to self.

An answer to your marriage/soulmate question is 'maybe' depending on your choices down the line. Things are not going to happen tomorrow, and the card reflects that. For now, everything is 'up in the air' and that there is no specific course you are 'supposed' to follow.

You have 8 more years (so I suspect) and in that time you will have choices- you have free will to make decisions for yourself. From my experience, it's honestly too early to give you the exact answer to the question. From my interpretation of the 7 of cups in your situation is that you will have choices, and those choices will have consequences (negative or positive) depending on who you choose.
