I'm recently thinking that discovering more about my past life would help me in this one. I don't know any other way to do it except regression session, but I'm a bit sceptical. What are yours regression experiences? Do you felt that you have really saw your past life? Did that help you in this life?IP: Logged |

I tried a regression on my own and my former teacher strongly advised me not to do it again Unless you are sure you have strong and balanced energy. He says it could open you up to unwanted energies from the past.IP: Logged |

I tried to do a regression by myself twice, but for some reason it doesn't seem to work for me. Each time I got to the point where I had to "open the door" or walk out into one of my past lives, I somehow completely lost concentration and woke up. quote:

Maybe it's a good thing I woke up, lol. One day I would like to try a regression with a professional and see if that works. In the meantime, I had a past life reading with a psychic that was really amazing. She basically described my past lives as they came up for her - some she described in great detail, others were more vague. It was incredibly interesting. My favorite thing about reading with her was that she was able to look at a large number of lives and tell me what common themes and patterns (and even people, lol) keep popping up for me. @FMvenuswloveOh I tried a regression guide on youtube as well. I wanted to know my history with a few people in my life. I opened the door and did see my past life with them, but no one can verify it I guess  Which reader did you get the past life reading from? Sounds like a good one. IP: Logged |

I am supposed to do a regression session next month with a professional. I have tried those past life regression meditation videos on youtube. Each time I done it, I have had small glimpses...It's like small images & information would come through. It didn't last long because I would snap out of it. Some were more vivid than others. One meditation session was quite...interesting & disturbing. In some ways, it explained why me & this person had so much anger towards each other in this life. I don't really want to think about it, but what I do know is that I want to heal whatever past pains me and this person had in the past, and I want to make it right this time for the both of us. Through love.

What would we do without YouTube That's cool you were able to see your past life! How much were you able to see/experience? I actually had my reading with Cosima from California Psychics. I found her by accident. I wasn't on that site looking for information about my past lives, but you can search on different skills and abilities on CP. I saw the "past lives" search and became interested so I impulsively took advantage of the intro rate and had a 25 minute reading with her. I didn't know what to expect, but it was a very cool reading. She's very spiritual and we talked about different theories about past lives briefly, which I really liked  I had the same information corroborated by another reader a few months later. She didn't go into as much detail as Cosima did, but all the general stuff was exactly the same (karma, prominent past lives etc...). IP: Logged |
