I got King of Cups, Three of Wands and The Moon

I think it filled his heart to hear what you said. He is feeling deep emotions. I don't think he'll act on them straight away though. He is thinking about things and keeping all options open until the right time. The moon to me with this type of question has always meant that the person has feelings but until something (usually their own mood) changes they're not likely to reveal anything or make any progress with you. This is especially fitting given that he's a sun and moon Pisces. Everything they do is highly influenced my their sensitive and emotional nature. The feelings are there though and deep I would add.

What is he feeling?

He is happy and excited. Like a little celebration in his head. I do think you'll hear from him though, quite soon actually. But with two of swords there it again makes me think that he is going to be a little ignorant about your discussion and is not being open. He will take a little more time to truly know how he feels and express it.

You are in the 11th house conjunction Mercury which is ruling that house, so I think some friends want to interfere in this, he is in the fourth house, so I think he stays at home when you go out with friends, him and friends don't seem to get along.
