Hi All

Started my new job 6 months ago, all going okay, except manager keeps changing the areas I look after. It is driving me a bit mad as I don't feel stable in knowing what I need to do.

I see myself in this job for two years perhaps. Would anyone mind pulling some cards to see if my frustrations are valid?
