There's something that puzzle-troubles me. Most of all astrological websites showed that I am a libra ascendant and not a scorpio. While I can imagine that I somehow fits the description of "pleasing", I think I only please people according to situations.
For example, I am generally nice to my closest friends even though they make jokes on me because I don't think it's necessary or worthwhile to get petty over.
I do look gentle and easygoing because I think it's nice to keep a diplomatically-friendly and polite approach among your colleagues especially if you do want a promotion.
"Libra rising natives are usually attracted to competent, active partners. " -- who doesn't?
Their relationships are often characterized by bickering or competitiveness until they learn to drop their sweet image once in a while and to stop blaming their partners for everything that goes wrong. -- I don't blame people for nothing and I run by the books strictly. Sweet image? Well maybe, sometimes if I see you as a girl who cannot take constructive criticism, I'll just brush it off. But if you're a man or one of the closest people in my life, I'll just shoot advice which I think it's meant for your own good.
"Most pay a lot of attention to their personal appearance -- the colors they wear, their hair, the way they walk" -- Not really. I can walk like a boy and not do my hair. In fact, it wasn't until the recent years I attempted to be more lady-like for the sake of my career.
"The Ascendant shows our natural defenses and how we cope with day-to-day issues" -- isn't it that being diplomatic is the way of social interaction in this era?
Why libra?
