Topic: Some tarot insight. Astrology readings in exchange.

Hi guys. I really need your help. For the past few weeks I have been doing a lot of tarot readings for a dear person which is now in a very difficult situation and the cards keep repeating themselves. When I ask about his outcome 8 of swords, 10 of wands, 4 of swords, 4 of cups, Hermit and the Tower keep popping up a lot.
If I ask if he loves me or what he wants from me I get: 2 of cups, 9 of cups, Queen of Cups and Empress. Another card that keeps popping up is Justice. Like a month ago he suffered a minor accident that is keeping him incapacitated. He became very closed off, he doesn't want to talk and I want to help him and I don't know how to help him. Why these cards keep popping up? If he loves me why he doesn't want me near? I repeat: I offer Astrology readings in exchange. Thanks a lot. IP: Logged |

I can't consult the cards without knowing the question, what do you mean??
so what was the question you asked for the first string? also, I take it he is married, based on your response. This is what the spread shows. Cards keep popping up when they have a message you fail to grasp. But without knowing the question that was asked, no way to interpret this message. ------------------

The cards are not from a single spread but from several ones. Queen of Cups and Empress represents me. This is how he sees me.

Well, in this case they repeat because you ask the same question and it's the same answer, the same message. Even when you ask different or related questions, the same cards may pop out because they are trying to send a message to you.
But this method doesn't work, for requesting insight. What you need to do is a spread: ask a specific question and draw a spread for it (2-3 cards or more). Then post the question and the spread here, this way we can help in interpreting the spread and your message.------------------

The message depends on the question asked, Rosalind. This is how it goes: question leads to spread, spread is answer to question.
No question, impossible to interpret answer.
Try to draw again or remember the exact question and the exact cards you got for it. ------------------

OK, I remember doing a spread 3 days before his acccident asking the cards for a general response about his situation. About his outcome. Page of Pentacles

Tower 3 days after doing this spread he got the accident. After that... everytime I ask the cards about his health 10 of wands, the Hanged Man, 8 of swords and Tower pop up the most. When I ask about his feelings about me: 2 of cups

Hierophant
Star

I can only interpret the spread, the first one; for the feelings question, disparate cards mean nothing. First you have to ask: does X have romantic feelings for me? if it's a yes, then you can ask, in detail, what he feels.About the spread, it shows someone about to have an "accident", unfortunately, yes, as he did. Although to me, it looks like an attempted suicide. Is this the case? Prognostic doesn't look good, for his future. Your cards overall make me think of a married man, who loves his wife, is separated or was abandoned (possibly a rival), and attempted suicide or something similar; or the accident was a conflict or a fight. This is the first vibe I get. But this is speculation, this is not how card readings work. They require honesty and they don't hide things, they reveal them. ------------------

OH GOD, no! It was an accident while playing tennis. In my readings his ex wife appears as the Queen of Swords and is my understanding that she is a very malicious woman. What made you think of an attempted suicide? The Hanged Man? IP: Logged |

If you said from the beginning: X had a tennis accident, he twisted his wrist and I asked how his injury will heal, and got cards: a b c; what does it mean? from the beginning, we wouldn't have wasted our time here. As I said, card readings require being open and honest with oneself and others.------------------

I think the first spread describes clearly his need for isolation and closing himself off temporarily.
This does not necessarily mean he doesn`t love you (the second spread seems to contradict that thought certainly), but maybe he just needs time for himself to process all that has been going on in his life, his accident being a trigger for an evaluation of his past, but also of where he stands now and where he wants to go from there. Tower and justice coming up indicate for me that he wants to make a decision with a clear head and not influenced by too much emotions (which could be a reason he does not want you around at the moment, he needs to concentrate on himself, to figure out what it is that HE wants with his life), but also that things will change drastically.
Whatever is now at the present, can`t stay like it is.
This is for his life of course, but if you are close, it might affect you as well. I donīt think it sais that it is going to be bad or good for your relationship, just that a decision needs to be made (from his perspective). I guess the only way you can help him at the moment is giving him the space and time he needs. IP: Logged |

The first spread also makes me wonder how traumatic and emotionally devastating the breaking down of his marriage must have been for him to get such dramatic cards.
The cards you pulled for his health seem to clearly describe the accident (Tower for example), but also him being hindered and sort of incapitated (8 of swords, hanged man etc.). He can`t move like he usually does and possibly that frustrates him greatly.
