I can help you, but with a disclaimer that you caught me at a very bad (as in, busy & stressful) time, so I hope the cards don't get messed up.

Present: SUN underneath, BIRDS, SHIP, above. You are or very soon will feel happy due to a discussion about a trip, possibly abroad.

Past: FOX there was a lot of deceit and duplicity wherever you work, possibly about an association that should result in money from an established project. You might not be aware of it yourself, so be careful.

Future: BEAR, CROSS, FLOWERS, DOG, TOWER, WHIP. Lots of ups and down. It seems that whatever you are working on will meet quite a few stumbling blocks. First a "boss" or person of authority (possibly and older/experienced man) will end a situation/project/etc (possibly something involving the public or a larger group). The BEAR is flanked from 2 different direction (CROSS and COFFIN) so there seems to be quite a bit of negativity about it. Then you'll feel better due to loyal colleges or associates, who will try to facilitate whatever you are working on. There are lots of problems though, because above the FLOWERS you have the MOUNTAIN--this isn't as bad as being on the row with the LADY, but think about it in terms of the opposing forces being all around this happiness. Afterwards you may receive some criticism from either a boss or an institution regarding your projects. I don't think the situation is awful, because as I shuffled the cards, RIDER and STARS fell out (happy news, news about a dream of yours), but I would be prepared for some not very kind words. Just by looking at these cards, you do not work in the warmest place. Sorry. :-/

Thank you, Queen. It's interesting--I believe you are actually reading my personal life, because the beginning of your reading sounds very much like it. It's fine actually, this is something I've been trying to sort out for some time, so I genuinely appreciate your guidance. What you describe fits with what my instinct whispers, but there is always that pull back towards the past. Maybe this is exactly what I need to let go of it.
