I think they have felt that you approach your work in an intellectual way(or he is KS), maybe they have felt you prefer to work alone? but I think things are going to change and that they are going to see your work as being more energetic and creative. The 10H fell out while I shuffled this is a card of commitment, telling me they think overall you are very committed to your work.

But I also think the 5S and 9C can shows a change happening in work(I believe in this case a positive one) are you aware of changes happening? Otherwise as described it is how they view your work that will change.

Yes, I believe so. 9D is a card of investing, and 4D is stability. KH I believe to be him, is he an influential person? KH is intuitive too, he also looks to the left towards the querent so yes i think he is interested in working with you.

I should also say while I shuffled the AD and the 8D fell out. AD can show an invitiation or a partnership in work and the 8D is a money card and is good for work too.

Yes i think you will work together and it will go very well. This also makes me think that the the 5S and 9C in the first spread is the "you not working with him" coming to an end and you both working on a creative project together.

5C KD 7H KS 9C

5C shows things changing and 9C can show going towards completion of plans. These two cards show changes. With that in mind I think the focus is the KD 7H KS. KD is practical and KS is intellectual. 7H is a card of doubts and as the centre I think i it is the main theme, I think it means to not doubt yourself and with the other cards be willing to take changes as they come, but also realise that you have the intellectual tools to complete it. I think the cards are saying try not to get too emotionally involved.

I think the cards are already showing that you are on a cycle, I think we are at the 7H point now - do not doubt yourself,

I think this is showing the theme of the main spread, I think it means take a very balanced approach and be willing to invest.

So to conclude
I think the cards say not to doubt yourself, be willing to invest yourself in it without getting too emotionally involved, realise you have the intellectual tools to complete, and believe that you will succeed - 9C is a card that shows plans are ready to end, and progress is being made towards a goal. Bear in mind that the next card after the 9C in a deck is the 10C, 10's are a completion of a cycle. Also clubs are communication but they are also energetic and creative. I think it means also showing your creative side too and be willing to communicate. The cards show you can succeed.
