I think you need to use your intuition and perhaps come to terms with that this relationship is over... I see you moving on to someone else soon and only holding onto Carl is preventing you to do this. Roll with the changes in the relationship.. maybe carl is going through something that he doesn't want to be apart of and needs time and space alone.

My question is, I had a falling out with a client (we'll call them WLV) last month over quality of the work delivered. I'm pretty annoyed because I thought the work was decent/acceptable, yet they haven't come forward and explained what went wrong exactly. I'm afraid to approach them and ask because it forces them to address the issue and I would rather just move on.

Should I expect any more work coming from them, or are we done working together?

I am aware that the relationship is over, but I just wanted him to stop ignoring me because I wanted to meet him one last time for closure. That's when I feel like I can truly move on, I need to say certain things face to face but he refuses open my messages.

I pulled Queen of spades, 4 of clubs and jack of diamonds

I don't think you will work together again, but I do see communication between the both of you. I say don't be afraid to approach them, it would be a good idea for them to address the issue so you will know what exactly went wrong to clear any misunderstandings.

That's okay. I've been signed onto a better project anyway, but yeah. Maybe one day I'll approach them. But I'd rather move on in case they do maybe want to work again.
