Can it wait a few days? I got unbearable brain fog, I quit smoking yday. :/ Will raise my dopamine levels hopefully soon

It's really easy apart from me feeling like I can't think and also sometimes FEELINGS come up. Weird ones
Otherwise it's really fine, there's tapping against cravings, as Paul Mckenna demonstrates in a video on youtube... if anyone cares to know about it i.e. cos they want to quit as well
