I was a dancer and Julliard was my ultimate goal. Unfortunately, I was too nervous to audition. I say that you should audition. You never know what can happen. If you get accepted and choose not to go,all you have to say is "no thank you".

Hey Sallie- the chances for many, many people are very low, and it's honestly luck. This should not stop you from applying.

My intuition is telling me that you should apply- even with the chances against you. You never know what will happen- the chances may be against you but don't let that stop you from pursuing your goal.
