Great

I have a query about a practical matter. Should I let my flat on a long term let or advertise it on a site like airbnb, in other to attract more short term visitors? Which is the better option in terms of generating money and keeping the flat in good condition?

Thank you.

Hey astro- my question is if I will find a job at a law firm at nyc before graduating my master's- and if so, can you give me some details about the place?

please don't quote, and I may ask you to delete your answer after- if you don't mind.

I'll shuffle on your q right now.

Astro-

Long term- the sun, rx - ix of wands - viii of cups

Short term- ii of pentacles, rx - death - ace of swords, rx

You'll get a lot of interest in the long term option- so much so that you wont know who to house- you may cherry pick. The long term option looks better in terms of money- though you need to expect some maintenance issues. I just think you will have something like a lot of tea/coffee stains at the maximum if you take on long term tenants.

The short term stuff doesn't look too promising in terms of money as the place you live at does seem to have a lot of competition. The ace of swords, rx usually signifies heart break/destruction- so I would be very, very careful with this option.

On a slightly less intuitive perspective, with a long term thing, you can still take 4-6 week's rent as a deposit to hedge against people destroying the place- where as in the short term ones someone can just destroy the place and you wont get any type of compensation.

Does this make sense?

Mincey, thanks for your reading. Yes, it does resonate and makes good sense.

I pulled dog, bouquet, key - very positive cards.

Yes, it seems a job is in the offing. It will be in a friendly place and mark a happy time for you (not descriptions I would associate with a law firm ), and it will lead to your future success in the field. This job will be key.

Do you have any other questions?

Could I please ask if I would need to let the flat unfurnished? Getting rid of furniture will be hard .

I like working at a law firm if I'm an associate there- the hours may be brutal- but if the culture is supportive, it really helps.

My other question if I will get an interview from- and if I do, how will it go? (again, no quotes).

Shuffling now.

Since I am still shuffling about the flat, I don't need 3 + cards, just one for each scenario.

Furnished = the magician

Unfurnished= strength

Cards say furnished would be the better way to go, but also note that the magician is slightly messier than the strength card. There will be some damage to the furniture, and if you're ok with that, I would go for the furnished option.

From my perspective as a renter back in the UK, I preferred a furnished place as I didn't have time to go buy stuff- it will also give you the option of letting it for a slightly higher amount.

birds, stars, sun

Yes you will! Good cards again. The interview will go very well indeed. You will receive a promising phone call.

Please feedback later - I'd like to know if and how it goes.

Thanks again. Yes, there's bound to be some damage to the furniture. The flat is not in the UK though, it is in a country where unfurnished is more common for long term lets.

Hey VG- I don't mind. I'm not at home now, but will be in a few hours.

Could you see what Tom thought of me after the conversation I had- and will he let the profession know about what we spoke about?

What are your questions?

Hey Mincey, im very new to tarot, so let me know if you think my interpretation very off

I dont do reversals yet;

1st Q

5 Swords The Emperor Two Cups

Clarifier on two of cups: King of Cups

Did you have a debate where you were having the upper hand? I think after evaluating he saw you as very knowledgeable and have potential, i think he also enjoyed the chat in the end. King of cups - from the interpretations i have is a good listener, so this along with 2 cups makes me think he enjoyed your interaction and listening to what you had to say.

2nd Question

I guess you meant professor? I asked a yes/no for this one,

WoF Eight of Wands The Lovers

Two maybes and a yes, so I think he will. I pulled one more clarifier: King of Wands. So I think it is likely.

Let me know if this resonates.

I dont really have any questions mincey, you already answered what was on my mind.

If you like to answer - I am going to be registering to study for a qualification - will my pursuit be successful, I will need to do a number of exams over a couple of years and i will really need to discipline myself as i will still be working full time

Pls dont quote might edit later

Hmm, not seeing any issue with that as I think you have the adequate motivation- i.e. to better your career situation. Considering that the work is not challenging enough, it seems like you will be working on the qualification on work time. I see you bent on your desk and just doing homework while people think you're doing something else.

I'll look at the cards when I get back. It's raining

Thanks VG- yes, it resonates. I did recommend a few things which he hadn't thought about!

As promised-

Justice, rx
knight of wands
vii of wands

Will vg be successful in her pursuit?
Simple answer- you have the potential to be if you keep up your concentration and traction. This means that you should be focused on that, and devote time there. Will it be challenging? yes- but you will be successful.

Justice rx is a bit of a creepy card here.. it says you felt abused in the past with regards to work. Nothing is worse than that in a professional context

Thanks Mincey, it relates to what i studied at uni and it will help me get more into the type of work I want to do. It will still be working for the same type of company i work for now, but in different area, something im more interested in, a bit challenging too.

Your Justice card makes sense. It was always take take take and very little in return. I just thought things were a bit unfair.

Thanks
