I got ambiguous yet seemingly awful feedback about a project from someone (a male friend) and it seems like there's something he's hiding from me about the project or his feelings about the project. I could use help from someone to understand what is going on...

I don't think he is hiding something, AS makes me feel he saying what was on his mind, it is a rational card and I think he was giving you his honest opinion. But I think with AD and 8D I think he's going to give you more feedback on this or help you or suggest you both work on something together. Because AD and 8D are very positive in relation to career related things. Maybe he will even change his view on it. JC is someone who is honest, so I dont think he is hiding something, I think he said what he said with good intentions.The cards suggest he wants good things for you.

It looks as though you are correct and this "friend" as you call him, is in fact hiding his true feelings.
He actually is quite content with your current submission and a bit jealous that he himself has not come up with something as good.
So, yes, he is making it appear as though it is not good enough, when in all reality he is very well aware of how hard you work and is quite impressed.

I would go on to tell you that this is HIS issue with not feeling good enough, but this read is about you.

SO his true feelings about your submission are that he thinks it's great, you've obviously worked hard on it, but he most certainly will not say that. This man is jealous and not your true friend.

I'm glad that it all resonated with you. I use Soul Cards for all of my readings. It's more intuitive, although I do love my tarot I just seem to be more accurate with the soul cards

What would you like me to read on regarding this person? His attitude towards you in general?

I do have another though on this after your feedback;
I think you are the queen of clubs here, she's very creative. Ace of spades can be sharp and with ace of diamonds i think it means "sharpe message", however the near future looks good with 8 diamonds. I did ask on his thoughts but perhaps the cards are saying, despite the sharpe messages and feedback you have been getting there is prosperity for you. I think it means, it doesn't matter what he thinks, things will work out well. I think JC also shows things will resolve between you or it means you will realise that you still have people around who want the best for you.

Let me know what you think, it helps with card interpretation.

When I do readings with cartomancy even if asking on a furturistic event, the past also appears for some reason. I guess it's because the past shapes the future in some way. So in your spread the AS/AD is in the recent past/present position for these communications. In any event, the 8D for me is positive, so I think the cards say despite what's happened good things will come to you.

I see what you mean about the finding who your real friends are - Also JC in future might even mean you will make a new friend.

Don't let what's happened upset you. They are good cards in the end.

Feedback is not vital, especially if events are far away, but it helps decipher the cards further like we did here

I do have one question, unrelated to here - is a horary event chart created based on both your natal chart and transits or both of them?

Thank you for helping to see the positivity in the future. I am hoping JC is a new person. And I do hope that I at least get some good feedback on this project eventually.

As for Horary - I never use anything natal for the question because I see the question as a separate entity. I am not against the practice of using the natal info, but I don't think it makes enough of a difference in the answer to validate going to all the trouble to analyze them together. I prefer the 'keep it simple' method. I don't really like the practice of giving out natal info online anyway because you never know what kind of hackers are looking for that level of personal information which would be quite easy to find on an astrology forum - people here would be too unsuspecting.

Interesting that you saw what you saw. I did know that at one point he had a crush on me. I haven't seen him in surely more than 12 years. It crossed my mind that he might still have a nostalgic crush but his poor treatment of me made me think otherwise... interesting that you would see that.

Weird that he would see me as super smart but if it's coming from a chip on his shoulder then it totally makes sense. I think he's always had problems finding girlfriends. Not sure what would have happened btw him and his father but it seems logical. He seems to come from a relatively well off family. I think he also feels inferior to his sister. I believe she is a beautiful model and he is relatively avg in comparison. Don't worry, you don't have to say more if it makes you uncomfortable.

On another note...

Lately I'm very bothered about a different person I've spent time with. There's something 'off' about him and I sense other people involved in the scenario and a hidden agenda. I could explain more but I wonder if you sense anything about the scenario.

I will say that I had a hidden (non-malicious, and with great advantages for him) agenda as well - I was altering my personality/behavior in order to develop and 'idea' for a new project... but whatever he's up to is affecting my intentions quite negatively and I'm kind of fed up.

I don't know if I'm just sensing something unattractively innocent like him collecting information to relate to some buddies later to feel like 'the man' or if there's more to it. Regardless, he feels like an non-educated reporter, or like there's always other people in the room when we speak.

Do you see anything like a hidden agenda or hidden scenario? Do you sense any other people involved in this scenario that would explain this additional energy that I'm sensing? Sometimes it feels like 2 additional energies and other times it feels like even more - and they are all more intelligent and powerful than this guy. I don't get it.

Please allow me to give back by asking another question if you are able to answer this one.

The past is the past, I need to say to you. Time to move froward. I do feel you have a strong past life connection with this person, it comes through very strongly.

I think you are sensing him trying to act indifferent, when in all reality, he feels a strong connection to you especially on a professional level.
