Well, I am not a SR expert, but I really think everyone's posts should get some sort of answer. So, I'll post the bit that I do see, okay?

First, with Chiron conj. your Asc this year, and that also falling into your natal 1st house, this is definitely a year all about you: healing yourself, self-empowerment, that sort of thing. With it in Pieces it can sometimes show the end of some old patterns for you. With Neptune thrown into the mix tho, it can sometimes make it harder for you to see yourself clearly. So try not to be too judgmental of yourself or to feel like you aren't progressing, because you are.

Your moon conj. mars (in the 6th house) can sometimes make you a bit emotionally reactive for the year. Especially since it's sitting in a grand trine with Uranus and the Midheaven. This could be with co-workers or related to your job or work you do. The positive here is that the moon aspecting your midheaven can often show you being recognized for the work you you do in someway.

You have a packed 6th house this year, so you are likely to be very busy with work, organizing, your health and that sort of thing. But watch that you don't over do it. Mars sitting in there can play up a bit with your health if you aren't being good and giving yourself down time.

The Sun conj. descendant from the 7th is nice for relationships. (not just romance) But the north node is also in there, so there is going to be a focus on relationships this year. With Merc. making an appearance as well, it can sometimes point to contacts and/or relationships with young people. Traveling with a partner is also possible.

Your SR Saturn is conjunct. your natal MC. Often when Saturn hits an angle it can show some sorrow happening that year. BUT, on the good side, it can also show you taking more responsibility with work, or being seen as an authority in what you do.

This hits home with me. The past few years have been littered with some negative experiences that I haven't really faced yet, and up until recently, I have not really known how to face them. I've also been physically ill. I saw several doctors last year, who were unable to come up with anything, just said that I possibly have an unknown autoimmune disease (which isn't foreign to me, I have one diagnosed autoimmune disease already, just frustrating that they can't figure out what it is).

You're also correct that I have been too hard on myself. It's a bad habit that I would love to break this year. I've been trying to focus on the things I can do well which don't require so much from me physically, such as creative endeavors. Art, music and writing have also been helpful for working through some of the negative stuff from my past. I It sounds like I am heading in the right direction by focusing on the positives and trying to be gentle with myself.

Again, all of this hits home with me. I'm focused on finding productive, preferably creative work which I can perform without absolutely doing in my health. I may choose to work part-time in healthcare (since that is what my degree is in) but I'm ultimately focused on shifting that to something more creative and self-expressive.

This is really interesting. One of my long-time friends who I had a romantic relationship but was ultimately better off friends with, just randomly popped back into my life. I suspect we will be communicating a lot this year as we're both going through a lot of changes and transformations. We're both a source of tremendous support for each other.

And, if my prospects for a new job/possible future career this year go well, I will definitely be traveling a lot, possibly with a group of people.

It will be interesting to see how it all plays out by the end of the year.

On a side note: I caught a mistake I made (a typo) About Merc in 7th. It should say that it may have something to do about contracts (not contacts), though contacts is a part of it, lol.
