i always think a chart with virgo and any air particularly aquarius and gemini are very distant especially the guys. even with some libra.. i find them sort of friendly with everyone but still hard to reach...

im not a pro.. just a from what i noticed with my friends

I would take any responses with a grain of salt without the correct birth time, just a suggestion.

I'm not an expert, but I will say just from a first glance there aren't too many water signs. Jupiter is in the house of communication and in the sign of Pisces, so I would think that may make it easier to feel and communicate emotions.

On the other hand this is a Sag Moon and Asc. I don't think it's super easy for Sag's to express their emotions. When things get heavy they get all funny and mute or crack a joke.

I know without having the correct birth time some aspect might not be correct. But aren't some aspects in the natal chart correct even without having the correct birth time?

yeh u can and u can just google half his chart without the birth time but it doesnt give u as much information compared to having an accurate birth time.
