Looks to me strong pluto, 11th, 9th house theme

Venus, mars, n.node, vertex conjunct each other in 9th hse virgo

Venus is not in mc but they conjunct each other

Please take what I have to say with a grain of salt. Virgo in the 9th house indicates a year of planning and preparation for future activities. there may be an emphasis on travel, higher education, or spiritual endeavors. With Venus ruling your 10th and 5th houses, you may feel the Venus influence in your career and/or your public reputation along with creative endeavors, children and possibly dating.

Venus makes a conjunction with the North Node, a little over 3 degrees separation, which makes me think there will be a Venus flavor to self-actualization. The aspect to your MC is 8 degrees, far too wide to be of consequence based on what I've learned. The square to Pluto is even wider, closer to 10 degrees I think.
