1. I don't see a response, just an interview, may not hear back at all.
2. 8.cups is disappointment. Is this one across the state or country or near a body of water? I see a response, but he'll be disappointed.
3. Empress. He seems to be expecting one, and it's the 3rd one. Maybe something to do with school or teaching, children, or health/medical care.
4. Queen of Pentacles. I feel that this one will come back as an opportunity, but it's something more for financial purposes rather than something for enjoyment, or has to do with finance, or the home, maybe real estate.

Anyway let me tell you this, no matter the answers from each one of these 4, the cards in general look very positive to me, which means he will soon get a job. The same happened with Sandy, SandyShore, I haven't even seen her lately, I'm glad she is busy with the job; she kept looking for a job, and I kept seeing positive cards, she was receiving refusal after refusal or no answer, but my cards kept showing she will get a job soon and she will be happy with it, and I was very disconcerted by the contrast, but she did get that job, so I think my cards say that E should soon find a job he will like
