I have tried to study my chart regarding money and professional success. I would be grateful Ifsomeone would help me since I'm still beginner

You seem to have a number of things that you could earn a living at. The 6th house shows work that you could do to earn money, but with Neptune on its cusp, it might be confusing to pin point what area you should focus on. On the other side, anything that allows you to be compassionate towards others, also psychic matters, hospitals or art/creative.

I see two areas, though, and a big one is healthcare. Your Virgo ascendant and Mercury in Virgo sitting in your 12th house (pisces, hospital, etc.--same as above--compassionate stuff). Virgos are also detail oriented as well. Accounting would be good, but that wouldn't allow you to share your compassionate side and pisces on your 6th house could make you miss stuff.

Another area is real estate, but again the compassionate side wouldn't be there. The sign of cancer on your 10th house (careers) would emphasize this on that level whereas the 6th is more the mundane side--just work.

Also, anything charitable because of your 5th house placements along with the compassionate side and social involvement.

Whatever your choices, one of your bigger lessons to learn (shown in your chart) is knowing how to juggle serving others as well as serving yourself. Sometimes we help others to the exclusion of ourselves.

Funeral director is another option for you as well as dietician. With your Aquarius moon, you can remain detached and that's great in emergencies--paramedic, maybe?

Serving others vs. listening my own needs is really been hard for me. Also listening my need to serve but not compromising my wellbeing at the same time. It is bettering but still juggling

So, what you have is a 2nd house in Libra.. Off the bat that means any income you make is made in a creative way, either with others or by yourself...it also means you are very crafty at getting money without having to necessarily have a job if you really tried to hustle.
with this in mind, you must look at the ruler of that house, which is Venus.

Venus is in your 11th house but it is conjunct your 12th with your Sun as well.
So there is a duality in having your income through other people as a wide community or a job that has over 100 employees and also making money behind the scenes such as shady business or working for an institution (school, hospital, funeral home, church...) which doesnt rely too heavily on income such as just helping those in need. Your Sun sign in Leo is out-of-sign conjunct both your Venus and 12th denote that either house you choose to make money from will be sit alright with you.
Saturn and Pluto conjunct in the 2nd tell me that you tend to be very committed to making responsible choices due to having a hard time financially.
You wish to be very solid and want to provide a income that is for a comfortable life as opposed to a luxurious one and you work deeply for your money and identify with it. Your money doesn't come lightheartedly.

Now moving on to professional life paths...
Saturn is the life path/career choice we make...
it is on the last degree of Libra and 6 minutes from Scorpio. There is a duality here and it's hard to express both at the same time as they are wildly different.
Libra deals with creativity in a very beautiful manner, and Scorpio deals with anything in a dark, taboo breaking manner.

Since Saturn is in Libra look to Venus and see what is aspecting it. I see Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune all in Sagittarius in the 3rd house of communications. Are you interested in writing? Or being a public speaker? Your career has something to do with words and talk.

And because Saturn trines your Midheaven it means you will pursue this 3rd house vocation more than anything else.
Midheaven ruler is Gemini which is ruled by Mercury which is in your 12th house which only squares your Neptune in the 3rd.
