5 Swords rev, 10 wands rev, 9 cups rev, 8 wands rev, the world rev

I think with all the high numbers and with the world as outcome, there will be alot of demand. I think the first two cards were showing that you have been trying to prove yourself to potential employers with little results, leaving you feeling a bit tired of it. With the 9 cups rev in the centre and in present position, hence the main theme of the spread, I think you will find what you are looking for. The last two cards suggests some delays though and you might feel things are not moving fast enough for you, but this card as an outcome tells me you will reach your goal, you will get a job, you will just feel like things don't move fast enough, like things are being stuck. Make sure your CV is up to date and don't leave anything out of it that could help you.

For next week, you will be thinking about things other than work- like your love life and family life- maybe even kids? I keep seeing kids running around in a green space. The sadness and introspection shows up here. You're reconsidering what to do, and more than just on a love level- money level too. You fear the change and that will keep you up at night. I think the steps are going to be taken to change the current situation despite how scared you are of it. At the end of the month, you'll be pulled in several different directions and you will be slightly confused- rest assured, you will be making the right choice for you- whatever the choice is. The main theme here is not to be afraid of the inevitable change.

1st Question

Was this recommendation a surprise for you? I think 3 swords shows your own fears and worries. I think 6 wands is how he feels. I think he sees value in you and your abilities. I think there may come opportunities and you will be given choices, perhaps a feeling of not knowing what to do will make you feel trapped(not 100% sure on how to interpret the devil here but i think it represents choices as it follows opportunties).

To clarify the theme of the main spread i pulled

5 pents rev, 5 wands rev, 4 pents

I think 5 pents rev is showing this opportunity, and 5 wands rev in present there is competition, I think you are/will be thinking on how to beat the competition.

I think he is impressed, but i think there is some competition at present, i do think there will possibly be an opportunity here, maybe you end up feeling unsure on whether to take it.

Communication

the chariot rev, ace of wands, knight of pents rev

Words enthusiastic, bright and energetic come to mind. I think KoP rev as outcome means you should keep your focus, maybe dont rely too much on the being recommended to get you the role, it just means stay focused. I also often read the Knight of pents upright/(same as jack of diamonds) as a messenger, reversals for me can perhaps mean things are a bit slower. Maybe you will get news but it might be a bit slower getting there.

I clairified the the knight of pents with the Hermit, i think it is clarifying to remain focused because your goal is in sight(it could be with this or even another role), I think it means you'll get something.

2nd Question

7 Wandsrev, Queen Wands rev, King of Wands rev

King of Swords rev to clarify King of Wands rev.

Wands are energetic and the courts are quite charasmatic, so I think he thinks you are quite direct and energetic in your communication style, the King of swords suggests some forceful energy too perhaps opinionated. Where there some hesistation at the start of the communication?

comm- thank you! the goal is in sight- but I'm also nervous and anxious. Hard to deal with it, but it'll work out.

q2- I'm always extremely direct with him- so it's good to see that he didn't take it the wrong way! I was afraid that he wouldn't reply to my message at all as he has a tendency to do so- I just needed to pick the 'right' time which led to the hesitation.
