For my question I wanted to see if its a good idea for me to have weight loss surgery And how the surgery will go and how I will recover as well as living the rest of my life with having the surgery? I don't know how it happen but I've gained 110 pound in two years My BMI is 44 which classified me as extremely obese but considering I'm only 5'1. I am sure that will border me at super obese which is the highest category they have.
Or I was going to go on another die in which I've lost a lot of weigh in the past but I would have to basically do three or four rounds of this die and of cours exercise like holy hell. But I do hav. But I do have plantar fascit which limits my physical activity... I don't even know how the hell I got tha or wh or why this is even happening to m always been thin and a size6

I don't think you should get the surgery. It's too dangerous and not worth it. I think this happened to you to teach you something about yourself and how to discipline yourself when it comes to your appearance.

Your body is ever changing and is never in a permanent state of being so you can change your body and how you look. You can even change your metabolism and anything you desire to change because it all is from how you are thinking with your mind. The body just responds to what the mind is sending out.

If I were you I would look into what types of foods you should be eating and even try to take herbs which are powerful healing aids.

Just try to discipline yourself and fast even. Don't drink alcohol and just cut out all sugar. And most importantly don't feel bad or down about this.. Everyone has something they are dealing with that is forcing them to discipline themselves more.

Here is a great book I recommend:

'Eating for Beauty' by David Wolfe.

Hi cherful,

I agree that bypass surgery is risky, however any surgery is. Self control is extremely difficult when you have a lot of weight to lose.

I have a friend who went through it. She was close to 300 lbs. before and was suicidal. She did have the surgery and lost a tremendous amount of weight, down to a size 8, but she had to be very proactive in finding a surgeon who would do it for her. I remember her saying that her doctor wanted her to lose some weight before the surgery, not only for safety issues but also to keep in mind that this is not a cure all. Eating healthy after the weight is lost is imperative because yes, it can come back on. So, there has to be that motivation. In other words don't think this will be a cure all and you can eat what ever you like. That would be so wonderful LOL.
Do your homework on this. My friend had more surgery to tighten up her loose skin about six months ago and is now able to exercise to keep it firm. She looks fabulous. She also is going through therapy as there is always a reason why a person puts on that much weight. She said this is this hardest part. Have faith in yourself if this is what you truly want and be proactive to get some answers. I'll be praying for you Poochy

hey cherful,
sorry to hear that and i very well understand.
and surgery is convenient, but just in case you want to give it another try before you go for surgery:
try to cut out all sugar, it will be hell for ten days, you might feel sluggish and like you got a flu, but just stick to it, push through it once and move everyday for 30 minutes, at least a fast walk. eat chicken breast, avocado and other good fats like coconut oil, also eat every 3 hours at least something small protein based... carbs are provided by veggies. avoid fruit in the first month, then you can have everyday a bit of fruit.
do that and see results.
if you want to get skinny faster then do sport for 1 hour every day, there are so many classes on youtube.
it really works and rather fast. just stay away from sugar, this is the worst. reprogram your body.
sorry for the long post, but i know how you feel, i once gained weight too, but i took steps and now i am perfectly fine again it feels so good to just do it and stick to the rules
good luck dear!
