You are showing up as a woman of feminine power and creativity at this time. This job should be a huge transition for you. I wonder if something about this job is kind of scary for you because it is related to pain and transition. Maybe it's something you are hoping for as a break with the past, to start anew and to come out more as a feminine power and use your feminine skills or the divine feminine spirit in your career life. It is popping into my head that you have some kind of sexual power with regards to this position or interview. I would say for this interview that even if you see the heart of the truth, perhaps you should hold back on some of the truth for your own advantage. The good point is that you are the right person for this job and they shouldn't have any difficulty seeing that so if you are wondering whether you need to say more or say less, I would risk on the side of holding back because you are already enough. I'm not really sure what this could be related to but your immediate past is somehow related to a revelation causing pain. I'm not sure if I'm on the right track but it seems like you are breaking out of a cycle related to men or something and this has something to do with this job... (I hope that makes more sense to you than it does to me), The ending should be fair. There should be an equal balance of give and take.

Overall I think things should go well for you at the interview. Hold onto your feminine power and let it bring you strength but don't reveal too much. I'm thinking especially don't reveal anything that has to do with any kind of personal relationship.

Hmmm... I see that he sees you as the one who hurt him. He feels like you betrayed him somehow or hurt him through your words even. He sees himself as the one who suffers tremendously. He sees himself as the one who has to pick up the pieces and get past this injury and pain. Whatever happened was intensely emotionally painful for him somehow. He felt the need to react quickly to protect himself. He feels he took back his own power through what he said. Before all this happened, he saw himself as the strong one and you challenged that. He doesn't feel bad about it. He feels like he won by doing this. He feels like he did what he needed to do to save himself and what he said did exactly that - it brought him to the place he needed to be to survive whatever it is that he feels you did to him.

I see you as happy this month, celebrating yourself and the achievements you've made, having fun and just making good where good can be. He may not be doing as well. He may be going through a period of change and it may be hard but I think he will come out on top. The difficulties this month could be about healing overall. It seems there are possibly some addiction or sexual issues to deal with and that may be what he is trying to come out on top from. But the good points of this month are all about peace, balance and serenity, so even though that struggle will be there focus on the good because the spirit needs these experiences to evolve and you will both get there. I wouldn't be surprised if he sees you as some kind of angel that has come into his life. I'm not sure he will know how to express this to you because he has so much to juggle on his own on the inside, but you are healing for him somehow. One of you is already coming out of a period of possible loneliness or soul searching and in the end the empowered healing words will come. If it's possible to do more talking together then you should but because it's feels like such a delicate healing period try not to use sharp or piercing words. The advice to you directly is use words of pure love and devotion and always be aware of the profound vulnerability of others.

So, it seems that at the moment you are quite guarded, but don't worry... maybe that's just the inner you trying to regain your power, inner strength or confidence. The difficulty seems to be karma... so it's making me wonder if you have done things to others in past relationships (or past lives) that you are now having to make up for...? Over the next few months I would be very wary of romantic partners trying to deceive or con you. I think if you meet someone they could seem very perfect but could be suave and hiding the real them in order to get what they want. You do have the power to see what's really going on and you can easily be ahead of the game if you just keep these things in mind. It doesn't mean avoid things, just be very vigilant because those 'predators' out there will be looking for prey and you cannot appear like easy prey. It seems like you are coming out of a period of evaluating where you have gotten so far so don't let that make you feel or appear desperate because that is exactly what would make you look like easy pray for a con artist of any sort. Near the end of this time period, you will see that things are working out just as they should and that this was a valuable growing period for you that will bring you to where you need to be in your life. Karma has it's ups and downs so if you want the ups that are coming later, you have to be strong for the downs that come first.

I''m glad you got the best out of it and understand that sometimes we can't always be the receivers but have to spend time being 'angels' for others as well. I think this could be a good relationship from what I remember of the spread - when you help someone heal it can grow the strongest of unbreakable bonds. He still has free will though so don't ever feel like you have to stay with someone if they start to turn on you (this happens sometimes when people are fighting internal demons they can't control), but if they are there for and receptive to your healing then you should give it freely.

Glad to hear. Like I said, you don't need to keep yourself from experiences, but really focus on keeping vigilant. What will happen will happen, and we all have to pay our Karmic due in one way or another but at least you can turn it into a positive learning experience while you do and not suffer any more that is necessary through this kind of growth period.

So, oddly I had 3 cards jump out while shuffling and I take those as overall indicators because they are cards that refuse to not be read. What they are telling me is that this is a time that you should not focus on your own love life right now but use your knowledge and experience to pass on what you have learned to the innocents. It says that in this regard you have leadership qualities in this area that it is time to turn into something valuable for others. You have a lot of 'dirt' and 'baggage' that you can use to make good for others. I don't know what skills you have but if you are some kind of artist maybe you know best how you can pass this on to others using your innate and learned skills and talents. It very strongly says that you should not worry about yourself right now and what you don't have but focus on what you do have/have learned that you can pass on.

Now, for your question...
You have strength and power, but you are perhaps more comfortable with the masculine expressions of love or perhaps affection. It shows that you worry too much about the emotional side of things. These two things are seemingly opposite so perhaps the point is that who you are on the inside is not what people are seeing on the outside. Maybe you are a deeply emotional person but you are being seen in a more cold and reserved way. It says that you are not being sensitive to what your soul is telling you, how it is trying to guide you. Maybe you need to give more acknowledgement to your intuition and inner guidance - follow your gut a little more when it comes to matters of the heart, I think. You see the truth and you know how to speak the truth. This is a good thing. Trust that - it is a strength. It shows something in your past that seems to me like some kind of strong, stable relationship with a male. I'm not sure if this is an ex or a father/father-figure... but that is having an affect on now. Maybe this is why you might come off as cold or show masculine emotion in the romantic realm right now. Either you have been taught this or you have learned to subconsciously model it, maybe you are holding onto some kind of stability from males of your past that is being reflected in you at the moment. This month overall will be a transformation for you. It might not be easy but it will leave you better off in the end, so it is something you must go through.

Hope that makes sense to you. I asked if there was someone in your own life who could help you with this and it's a little unclear as well. It says look to someone who can see both sides of the big picture but who is there watching you struggle. I would guess someone in the company but I can't be sure.
